SilverStone Homes & Land Company was founded by Wade Jacklin, Jon Harper, Tanya Beebe and Michelle Harper in 2003 with the idea that a company with a strong background in sales and marketing in conjunction with experience in luxury home construction could gain a stronghold in the Kootenai County market.
SilverStone’s vision is to create desirable communities with timeless features that SilverStone will be known for in years to come. SilverStone's extremely successful track record is the result of careful site selection, fastidious design, building quality product, management and taking a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business. It is respecting the idea that the best communities are total living environments and not just an assembly of buildings. It is this attention to detail that goes far beyond a well-deserved reputation for a quality product.
About the Silverstone's Founders
WADE JACKLIN
Co-owner and co-founder of SilverStone Homes & Land Company which was formed in 2003. Wade’s responsibilities include marketing and sales of Silverstone land and homes as well as construction consulting and management of development projects. Wade has also been a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty since 2001 and has consistently performed as one of the top real estate agents in Idaho. Wade specializes in marketing of high end homes and land and brought this experience from his marketing role at Jacklin Seed from 1994-2001. Wade graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1999 with a degree in English Literature.
JON HARPER
Co-owner and co-founder of SilverStone Homes & Land Company which was formed in 2003. Jon’s responsibilities include overseeing construction as well as architectural review and management of development projects. Jon has also enjoyed success as owner and founder of Lakewood Homes since 1997 and gained experience as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty from 1992-1997. Between Silverstone and Lakewood, Jon has built and sold 75+ luxury homes with individual value ranges from $250,000 to $2,000,000.
TANYA BEEBE
Co-owner and co-founder of SilverStone Homes & Land Company which was formed in 2003. Tanya’s responsibilities include marketing and sales of Silverstone homes and land as well as management of design and materials used in spec homes. Tanya has also been a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller since 2002 and has consistently performed as one of the top agents in Coeur d’ Alene. Tanya specializes in working with clients in search of upper level services and has a proven track record and receives consistent adulations from past and current clients for her work.
MICHELLE HARPER
Co-owner and co-founder of SilverStone Homes & Land Company which was formed in 2003. Michelle’s responsibilities include review and consulting of Silverstone business software, management and projections. As owner and founder of Zero One Solutions in 1998, Michelle has a strong grasp of the development and implementation of custom business software and technical training associated with such operating systems. Michelle graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1998 with a degree in Computer Science with a Mathematics minor.
